By John Heinis/Hudson County View Thaddues Williams, 39, of East Orange, pleaded guilty in connection to the death of Aieshia McFadden, 36, of Jersey City, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said in a statement. Williams pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated manslaughter, a first-degree crime. The State will be recommending a sentence of 20 years in New Jersey State Prison, subject to the No Early Release Act.
